MAIN COMPONENTS

Using steel belt drive has substantially reduced the noise and eliminated oil pollution without regular maintenance. Moreover, composite steel belt is 20% lighter than traditional ones and the drive is small, easy to install and save building space. 

BELT BROKEN DETECTION SYSTEM

H Series adopts steel belt broken wire detection system to ensure the safety of passenger. If any wire rope breaks, the detector circuit is disconnected and feedback to the controller, and the power supply will be disconnected immediately and the lift will stop.

BRAKING DEVICE

H SERIES installs the braking device at the bottom and top of the lift for maintenance and safety:

lThe UKT Switch is in action when it is close to the counterweight guide rail during operation;

lDuring maintenance, a bolt is loosened, the device is rotated out and the safety circuit is disconnected.
