Multi-Application:

TRANS Home lift adopts double suspension system at the top of the balance frame structure to ensure the home lift runs more smoothly with lower noise and simple to maintain.

Application: The flexibility of structure determines the variability of H Series. Flexible door openings largely cover any civil situation.

SPACE UTILIZATION

H Series unique new balance frame structure has increased the space utilization ratio of the shaft at least 15% compared with the traditional traction type lift, meanwhile, it only requires 2800mm as overhead and 180mm as pit depth.

MAIN COMPONENTS

STEEL BELT DRIVE

Using steel belt drive has substantially reduced the noise and eliminated oil pollution without regular maintenance. Moreover, composite steel belt is 20% lighter than traditional ones and the drive is small, easy to install and save building space. 

BELT BROKEN DETECTION SYSTEM

H Series adopts steel belt broken wire detection system to ensure the safety of passenger. If any wire rope breaks, the detector circuit is disconnected and feedback to the controller, and the power supply will be disconnected immediately and the lift will stop.

BRAKING DEVICE

H SERIES installs the braking device at the bottom and top of the lift for maintenance and safety:

lThe UKT Switch is in action when it is close to the counterweight guide rail during operation;

lDuring maintenance, a bolt is loosened, the device is rotated out and the safety circuit is disconnected.

Control System

The new generation TRANS control system completely breaks the design concept of the traditional products, integrates modern aesthetic elements into the appearance, matches with the most advanced e-Drive control technology, reduces the space greatly and adds more function by the new design. This breakthrough design has interpreted the perfect combination of aesthetics and technology.
